Screen Process three old and three new printmakers that inspire me in a Silk screening kinda way( POST IN PROGRESS)

Ok three artists that inspire me for Screen Process I will start with Toulouse-Lautrec, Henri de
(born 1864-1901 died)who's posters were inspiring to many who frequented entertainment in Paris during his time.

Emory Douglas who worked doing posters and works inspired by and for the Black Panther movement in the 60's-80s still alive today at age 72

and Kathe Kollwitz (1867-1945) who was a very diverse draftswoman during World War One but who's striking imagery and drawings have always been an inspiration to me.  Her work is full of the grief and she often captured fully the horrors of the war.

The Beehive Collective is a modern group of artists who pull huge silk screens illustrating political ideas of today through huge poster naratives using animals and hive insects to represent current political turmoil.

Goya(1746-1828) and his etchings on war are super inspirational showing the trauma left by napoleans army during his time

William Kentridge is an amazing draftsman of his time here below are a few of his prints that I admire

and Egon Shiele(1890-1918) his prints/ paintings are also very inspiring
